Intellectual Property & Confidentiality. This website, the Preemptify AI platform, and all underlying source code, design elements, user interfaces, page layouts, workflow scaffolds, AI prompts and orchestrations, canonical data schemas, regulator-tagged catalogs, marketing creatives, the Preemptify P/ai mark, and any derivative artifacts (collectively, the “Materials”) are the exclusive proprietary intellectual property of Digiluxcon Technology Services (OPC) Private Limited and its licensors. The Materials are protected under copyright, registered and unregistered trademarks, design rights, database rights, trade-secret law, and applicable international intellectual-property statutes.
Prohibited Uses. No portion of the Materials may be reproduced, copied, transmitted, modified, adapted, translated, sub-licensed, reverse-engineered, decompiled, disassembled, scraped, crawled, mirrored, framed, indexed (except by the search-engine and AI crawlers explicitly allow-listed in robots.txt and llms.txt), used to train, fine-tune, embed or otherwise condition any machine-learning or generative-AI model, redistributed, sold, sub-licensed, or used to create derivative works in any form or by any means without the prior, express, written permission of Digiluxcon Technology Services (OPC) Private Limited. Automated collection, screen-scraping, headless-browser harvesting, prompt-injection extraction, and any attempt to circumvent technical protection measures (rate-limits, authentication, content-security headers, sandbox isolation) is strictly prohibited.
Statutory Basis. Unauthorized access or use will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under, at minimum, the Indian Information Technology Act, 2000 (Sections 43, 43A, 65, 66, 66B and 72A), the Indian Copyright Act, 1957 (Sections 51 & 63), the Indian Trade Marks Act, 1999, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the U.S. Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (18 U.S.C. § 1030), the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 1201), the U.K. Computer Misuse Act 1990, the EU Digital Single Market Directive (2019/790), the EU Database Directive (96/9/EC), and equivalent statutes in every jurisdiction in which the operator does business or in which an infringement effect is felt.
Trade Secrets. Architectural details — including but not limited to AsyncLocalStorage tenant-isolation patterns, the Swarm Router cost-class mapping, the budget-guardrail micro-fallback policy, the cron leader-election lease, the semantic hot-plug LLM prompt template, and the hash-chained audit-ledger scheme — constitute trade secrets of Digiluxcon Technology Services (OPC) Private Limited under Indian common-law and the U.S. Defend Trade Secrets Act, 2016, and are disclosed in product copy and the user manual solely under an implied evaluation licence; any further disclosure, replication, or commercial use requires a fully-executed Mutual NDA.
Trademarks. Preemptify, Preemptify AI, the Preemptify P/ai device mark, the taglines “Predict. Prevent. Perform.”, “AI Intelligence Platform”, and “See the loss before the loss event.” are trademarks of Digiluxcon Technology Services (OPC) Private Limited, registered or registration-pending in India, the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Singapore and the United Arab Emirates. All other names and marks referenced on this site belong to their respective owners and are used descriptively only — see the trademark-disclaimer in our Terms of Use.
